The bathroom was TINY. staff did not provide shower gel even after a request. the locks are terrible. The bedroom door was stuck. it was difficult to open it.

the room had four comfortable beds. Access to the building and the room was very organised. There was a bus stop right outside. I also appreciated the warm, ensuite room equipped with necessary amenities.

i noticed some wear and tear, with the room walls showing marks and some damage.

i was able to leave my suitcase three hours before check in! the beds and pillows provided great comfort. tea and coffee making facilities were good. the shower worked perfectly. there was a bus stop right near the premises, a super convenient location!

I noticed only one spoon was provided. We needed four.

The room was clean, and the linen was fresh. It featured a tv, though it didn't have freeview built in, but that didn't bother me too much. it was a quiet and peaceful room. The quiet helped me rest.

The tea and coffee making facilities were very useful. They made mornings so much easier. i found the coffee, sugar, and milk were readily available, ensuring a quick start to each day. This was definitely a plus.
